This unique opportunity for entrepreneurs will look at building and enhancing the skills that are needed for food product development.  The objectives for the training are to provide an understanding of the process for developing ideas and value add products, to connect people to key resources to help develop their ideas, and to support entrepreneurs as they navigate the development process
