On September 7th, 2025, the Northumberland Sheep Breeders’ Association hosted the sheep show at the Pictou Exhibition. The association also set-up a sheep breed display for the week of the exhibition to show the public various breeds that are present in the local area. Northumberland Sheep Breeders’ Association would like to say a big “Thank You” to Clarence Farm Services (Truro, Nova Scotia) for their donation of the Champion Showmanship and Reserve Champion Showmanship prizes. We would also like to thank our judge for the day Bruce Sinclair for his time, travel, and knowledge. Funds to support this show are raised at the AGM, potluck dinner and fun auction held in November/December of each year. Please stay tuned for a date for this event as it is a fun night for all included.
