Dalhousie University Faculty of Agriculture will be offering an on-farm composting course on October 19 and 20, 2012 as part of their ‘Learn 2 Farm Program’

This practical training course is based on sound science and techniques, to help grow your farm!
During this 2-day course, participants will learn:
• The basic biological processes involved in making compost.
• How to select feed stocks and develop successful recipes.
• How to determine the best use for the final product.
